• Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the seal intact (if applicable).

• Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

2. Returning Defective Products

• If you receive a defective item (e.g., damaged packaging, changes in texture or scent), please notify us within 3 days of receipt.

• To confirm the defect, send a photo or video of the item to our email kenkra.organicskincare@gmail.com.

• If the defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

3. Return Procedure

• To request a return, email us at kenkra.organicskincare@gmail.com with the subject "Return Order № [order number]".

• Include the reason for the return and attach a photo of the item.

• Once the return is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

• The return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless the product is defective.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

• The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
